  • Musicking Down Together

Training Program developed by Sil Jin (Registered Music Therapist) targeting Early Childhood Education staff to learn how to use music in ECE classroom setting to support the children for up- and down-regulation, inclusive, multicultural and neurodiverse engagement and bringing presence, confidence and playfulness into their practice.

The Rhapsody Series

  • Making Sense of Parental Stress for Raising Neurodivergent Kids

A three part (each 90 mins) parenting support program developed by Cecilia King (Counsellor, AutPlay and Dance Movement Therapist) to help parents better understand how their own autonomic nervous system is impacted by raising children with sensory processing and regulation challenges. What steps to take in order to put their own oxygen mask on while supporting their child/ren.

This program aims to promote parents’ capacity to better understand their child/ren and also their own sensory, physical and emotional challenges. How they can contribute to positive change in their child/rens’ behaviour through their practice of self-care. It offers guidance for parents to create a micro self-care plan that support parents’ self-regulation, one that is practical when self-care often seems impossible.
