Our space is suitable for a registered Creative arts therapist, Psychologist, Somatic practitioners, Allied health, Play therapist or Psychotherapist/Counsellors. At the moment furnished with colourful rugs, some musical instruments, storage space is available. Room has no windows. It’s not an usual clinical space, if you are looking for clinical feel of the space, we are not a good match for you!

Conveniently located one minute walk from Bardwell Park station. There are all day free parking nearby. It has excellent air conditioning, after hours security, kitchenette & a reception area with seating. Toilet is accessible easily with a separate toilet key. We have wait area for clients but no receptionist service.

Room is 12sqm and available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-7pm. Min of 1 day/wk usage, if you would access more than two days/wk we are happy to negotiate the rate.

$100 plus GST/ per day

Rent is payable 4 weekly in advance and a 4 week bond is payable prior to your lease (1 year lease) commencing. Rent includes utility bills, photocopy machine and WiFi. Working around other creative therapists and the potential opportunities for cross-referral is a bonus!
You must have an ABN, your own professional indemnity insurance and professional registration with your affiliated body. It’s suitable for practitioners who have established amount of clients and have your own independent and autonomous way of working, who are looking for something a bit different.
